Spacious, elegant room (3) with a comfortable bed, large bath and good quality furniture, flooring & fittings.
Radiator didn't function & road noise. The grouting around the bath needs somebody with a little Domestos, an old toothbrush and an hour to spare. Erring on the side of caution a little too much meant the chicken was dry.

Good location in the centre of town
My room was up two flights of stairs and was long and thin and had no window in the main bedroom area. It was reasonably clean and comfortable when I got there. There were no staff on site at night and access when I returned from dinner with friends was via a side passage to a fire escape with key code. It didn’t feel safe. In the morning there was no one around when I left at about 8am and I had to access via the same fire escape. There was limited car parking outside the front and I had to park in a back street.
