Our suite was clean and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our view was incredible, right out to the lake. Our family also had a suite with two bedrooms and one bath view of garden area. Access to lake and pool was great. We also had close access to ferry to Como. The staff was extremely helpful and ready to answer all questions. The restaurant had a great breakfast and staff was great! We had dinner there and it was very good.
On the website it said it was .6 away from Como, I wasn't able to calculate it, however, it seemed farther out than that. That's not a bad thing for those who really want to be off beaten path, (like my husband) but, I thought we were closer and could drive in and out of Como. We could, but the roads were like the Amalfi Coast. The only other negative I would say is that restaurants in the are were few. The hotel had a very good restaurant, there was one other hotel next door with a restaurant and then the Lido.

We loved the authenticity and cleanliness of the hotel, as well as its lovely, cosy location. The staff were excellent, especially the lady with short hair who served breakfast, she was incredibly kind and helpful. The reception staff also gave us great advice on visiting the lake and the best places to explore. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Specious apartments.
Not recommended for families with small kids.
The place doesn’t have any public gardens or areas to stroll and hang beside a small pool area which has a lot of stairs.
The apartment layout and facilities are not so convenient (small couch and a dining table).
The hotel view is actually to a taxi boat marina so not that peaceful.
