It was very clean. The rooms were lovely. Even the shampoos, etc. were of high quality. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. The heating and a/c worked well and we're not loud.
The front desk clerk who checked me in spoke little English.

Pool, spas, restaurant and location.
We enjoyed these facilities very much.
Most of the staff were very pleasant.
I planned my stay with children, 9 & 10 years old. I requested and paid for a mountain view room.
We were given room at the far end of the hotel on the second floor. Was difficult to get to the room with all of our baggage.
I expected a room on the ground level, near the pool gates, which would have been much more reasonable for access with children. My request to change the room was denied (hotel was fully booked). I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times a year for the past 10 years. I would have appreciated better accommodations, which would have been more reasonable for stay.

Close to Magog and yet in the country.
The restaurant was excellent and we loved the Chanseurs…

Clean bathroom, super shower, confortable bed, outlets besides the bed (usb ports).
No sink to wash dishes. Blocked window without any notice. Dogs barking all the time.
