Disappointing

It was very affordable compared to other offerings in the area. The staff were pleasant.

The place is rundown. The bed was uncomfortable-- you could feel the springs through the mattress. We did not use the $15.00 voucher for breakfast as it was only valid if you purchase two overpriced entrees. The cost of breakfast for two should not be half the cost of the room.

Old Spring Bed, Shower Room Dranage blocked. Coffee Gets Bad (Non drinkable) House keeping very bad.

Nice to say we were at Niagara Falls on Canadian side. But hotel amenities were disappointing.

Jacuzzi in room was nice to have.

If guests already paid to stay at the hotel - why would guests have to pay in addition for parking daily? IHOP only open a few hours for the day. Elevator took long time to come. Often took the stairs - which were not the cleanest. 2 bottles of water in room - but were not complimentary- charged for water? Phone in room did not work. Workout facilities poor. And the kicker - booked the room for 2 nights stay. Was given price for stay upon booking but then upon leaving and review of the receipt - was charged a higher amount for 2nd night - I can only ‘assume’ because it was a Saturday.

Poor front desk etiquette and rooms not ready when requested and confirmed months earlier.

Front desk delayed the check in process; kept saying the room was not ready even AFTER 4 p.m. We requested an early check in at 2 - 3 pm and the hotel confirmed it months earlier that we could check in a bit earlier. When we arrived on said dates, the room wasn't ready. It took us 3 turn away "come back laters", before we were given the room key cards. We were frustrated and understandably so. Front desk workers were cavalier and rude about the whole situation. We paid for the room a week ahead of time as well; and were treated in a very inhospitable and unprofessional manner. The room didn't have full kleenex or toilet paper upon entry. There was no fridge in the room, which we required. There was no microwave either. We were never treated so poorly in all of our years of travel.

That you need to request time at the pool as they are all locked up due to covid for some unusual reason. For this reason couldn't use the pool on the first day as the front desk was too busy checking in a massive group

Hotel, except for the mattress, was excellent for the money.

I completed this questionnaire previously.

Chocolate chips in children’s breakfast at iHop. One mattress had a slump in it.

Very poor

Room was large and clean

The hot tub, my wife has knee issues and there are no grab bars to help get out( SAFETY ISSUE) and she was stuck in there for at least half an hour, crying and upset as she couldn't get out. She was unable to get back up, the bottom was spillery,even though there is a non slip bottom which is worn, I wasn't much help as have bad back, we ended up putting a cooler we had in to help her get up on , then she CRAWLED on the ledge!!!!! And rolled over til she was able to get her feet back on floor. She hurt her knees bad. This is NOT ok, this is a SAFETY ISSUE and I don't know they get away with this. I have pictures of the hot tub. Room 727.
