The room and view were wonderful. Everything is within walking distance (except for Butchard Gardens, which was only a 30-minute drive). The hotel is very clean...even the hot tub and pool. Noise was NOT an issue while we stayed in the hotel room.
Most of the staff were great. I am a university prof and needed space to teach my class (online). The initial staff member was not helpful but then the next day I asked again and he accommodated my needs really well

Fantastic location and view of the harbour. An easy, quick walk to downtown Victoria or take the water taxi just behind the hotel.
The toilet seat was loose and kept slipping off the side. The shower water pressure left something to be desired.

Booked a king room. Got. Double queen and it was a joined room heard the people next door all night music at 02:30. Could even tell the songs. Wife didn’t wake me or I would have dealt with it then.
