Good, large, comfortable room with two queen beds. Windows were facing the street and the DC Place stadium, but the noise was noticeable only the second evening just before a game. Breakfast was not included but we found good breakfast options nearby. Private garage cost was reasonable.
No parking available for check-in, so we had to temporary stay on the garage ramp during check-in.

Pretty much everything, went above and beyond. Held our luggage while we explored waiting for check in, delivered our bags to our room after we did check in, and even had a ninja slushi with lemonade in the lobby to help us stay cool in the summer heat.
Not a thing we didn’t like.

Location and employees.
Mattress was uncomfortable, bed frame was covered with dust. Night lamp was not working and lights above bed had hard time to turn off.
