The swimming pool left a little to be desired, the washrooms at the pool were very dirty,although our room was clean the air conditioning was noisy,the whole building and surrounding areas outside needed a good cleaning

Most staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and safe. Ice and vending machines on each floor. Restaurant in hotel. Free coffee and hot chocolate machine.

Staff at check in were rushed, and looked at me like I was bothering them when I had questions. I asked if there were extra pillows so they took me to the room to get them myself and rudely pointed out that there weren't any. I would have just accepted a "weren't out" without the show. Towels for the pool have to be signed out on a form that publicly lists your full name and room number. Not confidential at all. The pool was very small and someone was running swim lessons in it which was very distributive. Plus there was one bathroom with a shower and since someone was taking a 20 minute shower, I had my rush my child back to our building and up a flight of stairs to use the washroom in our room.. Don't recommend for families with children under age 12. My daughter also got food poisoning from the creams or hot chocolate from the lobby. It's a safe and comfortable hotel but might want to bring extra towels and supplies from home.
