Staff were exceptional. The location was great, heated underground parking in the winter time is awesome, rooms were clean and comfortable.
The heater made a loud noise when it would turn off and on (but it worked great and didn't interrupt my sleep).

restaurant overpriced, food was average & service very slow.
Paid parking?! :(
TV didnt work … took 2 calls & 6hrs for service staff to assess.
Coffee maker (& coffee) in room was very poor quality
