The staff, from check in to check out, were exemplary. I can't say enough about each and every one that my path crossed. Everyone went above and beyond what is necessary for good service. Clearly, they have been trained well and understand how customers should be treated. I have been singing your praises since I came home.
The only thing that I have to complain about is the lack of heat in my room. It was only turned on the morning I was leaving. It was pretty chilly. An extra blanket in one of the drawers would be an asset.

Room was clean. We had a river view. Upgraded to executive and it was worth it.
Room was supposed to be sound proof. We could hear traffic on the bridge all night. We could hear people walking in the halls and we could hear our neighbors.

Very clean and bed was super comfy. Restaurant was excellent. Staff very friendly and responsive.
The room was a bit warm and hard to regulate temperature, but staff brought up a fan and the windows had vents. Was able to cool down the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature.

Great river view. Clean attractive room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Microwave.
They disable the air conditioning in the rooms for the fall and winter. We only had fan option, no cooling. Hotel gave us an electric fan, but was still not cool enough for sleeping. This is not an acceptable practice for a hotel in my opinion.
