Overall, pretty much everything
The hot tub did not work properly. The bathroom was cramped for space & there were no hooks to hang anything.

Great location, lovely view of the river and College Bridge from my room . Easy to walk along the river into town

Room clean , staff friendly
Restaurant excellent and downstairs.. so easy to access with lovely staff
Room bit cool , unable to increase room temp other than turning off A/C
I was offered a heater though
Unfortunately the gym was closed due to “ upgrade “ .. looked absolutely clear and modern .. no works being carried out . Had been one of the additional reasons had booked , alongside the pool

It was located conveniently
Looking out and seeing a roof outside my window which the ad did not specify that the view would be so obstructed by an alley and roof debris.
