Breakfast was good. Room was excellent. Location was perfect since our daughter had to go to the university.
Thought the rooms would be a bit quieter since it is a new build. But would stay again if/when needed.

The room was nice. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were good.
The front desk staff were not that helpful. When asked if there was anywhere to eat in walking distance they didn’t have an answer (nice restaurant and fast food one block away) and they told us the bridge to downtown was closed. It wasn’t. The hotel is catagorized as downtown and it isn’t, particularly when the staff tell you the nearby bridge to downtown is closed.
