Very enjoyable.

The whole experience was enjoyable. The property was well maintained and lovely. I also liked the patio seating and view.

Food selections could've been more casual and were expensive. Rooms charges were expensive for the short stay we had at this property.

Very good for the room I stayed this time but the table lamp close to the door wasn't working

Extremely rude staff member

My partner and I arrived to the Riverbend Inn and Vineyard in the evening and were absolutely starving. We politely asked if there was any food available or still being served. A very rude middle aged woman with short blonde hair abruptly informed us that the kitchen was closed. Upon us asking if there were any other options available, even a simple sandwich or salad, she proceeded to again rudely and dismissively repeat the same sentence, which essentially comprised of "No, the kitchen is closed". We had not eaten in hours after a lovely day at the Falls and even a piece of fruit, some crisps or packaged snack would have sufficed until the morning and check-out. We even asked if there was anywhere nearby that may still be serving food and she was again rudely dismissive, uninterested and looking to cut contact with us. On walking back to the reception area, I noticed that there were snacks available (for sale, if I remember correctly). Why was this not offered as a solution, at he very least? I have stayed at many lovely hotels around the world and never have I been spoke to or treated in such an offensive and aggressive manner. It is clear that this woman does not belong in a customer facing role, or at the very least, requires heavy customer service training from management. As a complete contrast, a lovely gentleman staff member who witnessed this ordeal, caught up with us before we left the bar/restaurant area and offered us some tips of what eateries may be open nearby. Thank you to him, for his professionalism and kindness.

The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the restaurant / room service was amazing. The staff were also super helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Incredible stay at the Riverbend Inn

Staff were friendly, the room was impeccable, the view was fantastic. All amenities were working and everything from check in to check out went smoothly.

We have stayed here before and will definitely return.

Excellent chef inspired 5 course Harvest dinner with wine pairing and in the coach house. Our stay was made so comfortable by the caring friendly staff and it is walking distance to Peller Estate winery.

Unbelievably beautiful property with exceptional views, service and food.

The room was very nicely furnished - quality towels, robe, amenities throughout. Food was over the top good - service was also exceptional.

No coffee maker in the room. Charged a different rate on the 2nd night... not sure why?

Relaxing but nothing much to do at this beautiful Inn. Perhaps some music during dinner.

We needed a wheel chair accessible room which we got on the first floor. The room was lovely but did not have enough light for reading. The toilet was very difficult as it was very low and perhaps the hotel could have a commode assist for when people are handicapped. The TV was very difficult to use because there is only satellite in this area. Dinner in dining room was good but the room was extremely noise so it did not make the dining experience pleasant for talking and relaxing. It is quite a drive away from Niagara on the Lake but the peacefulness and fresh air was lovely. Staff very efficient.

See above. Bathtub also very deep and difficult to get into and out of if one is a senior or handicapped.
