Good location to walk around the town, most staff are friendly.
My room has a small corner window so the room was very dark, the carpet is dirty and the room smells very bad, the bed is not comfortable . One older lady at front desk was very rude when approached for questions.

Great location and parking in a town where parking is hard to find
The air conditioner was placed in the room in a position that blew air directly onto the bed - very unpleasant

Room design was not appropriate. Bathroom was down stair so it was really painful after tiring day to get up from the sleep go all the way down for the bathroom. Generally it was not very clean or sophisticated.
Room design. Beds on one floor up and bathroom on the ground. Weird and bad design.
