Good location in the center of Banff, could walk everywhere. They were able to provide luggage storage which was helpful. Room was clean and as shown in pictures.
We asked twice in reception for an extra fan in the room and were told both times they would bring it to the room but there was never a fan delivered. This did make the nights a bit uncomfortable as it was very hot in the rooms.

I liked how close to the shops we were just walking distance.
I wasn’t happy that we couldn’t access the garage from the door when leaving only by the vehicle entrance

Bed was comfortable and the restaurant was also good although expensive.
Wifi is very poor. Wifi is a basic necessity for travel these days. No wifi in the rooms and poor wifi on premise is substandard. We have traveled to many places in the world including 3rd world countries where connectivity and Internet services were better than this. This place needs to invest in improving.
