What a lovely hotel and gorgeous little rooms. Staff were excellent and the onsite parking was a brilliant bonus. The location was absolutely perfect.

My only complaint is the rooms are a LOOOONG walk from the lobby.

Brilliant location in central Banff and easy on-site parking. The decor is nice.
It was very expensive for a room that didnāt have a window that would open and the fridge made noise throughout the night that woke us. We didnāt get told about the protocol for housekeeping and so had to request that when we returned the next day and wanted to rest. Staff didnāt ask how our stay was.
