Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Lobby and interior spaces were welcoming and attractive. Room was well laid out and comfortable, and the bathroom was very good - excellent shower and clean, quiet facilities.
Front desk staff were frequently occupied with their cell phones. Paid parking was challenging due to daytime workers in the area occupying most spaces, and the EV charging facilities were all out of service. There was a bag of garbage left at the elevator for the three days I was there. The security lock for the room was broken. The room decor was tired and in need of refreshing. Room looks out on government offices above and below, and people in those offices can clearly see into hotel rooms unless the curtains are drawn. Construction below my room starts each morning at 07:00, and the sound of vehicle reversing signals is loud in the room.

The beds were comfortable. we were not given maid service daily and that was not mentioned on booking or arrival. We did have to request new set of towels due to this.
The first room was dank and musty, humid and moldy smelling. it had a great view, but both my colleague and I immediately felt our sinuses and eyes itch. I called down and we were re-located, but at 12:30am, it wasnt the best arrival.
