It was clean, from the staff, nice location and all that.
I couldn’t believe it, but the pillows were the worst pillows I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. Both of them. They were not smooth and soft like a regular pillow. They had lumps all through them. Nothing but lumps. It was like sleeping on rocks that were cotton. I can’t even come up with a reason why a hotel would have such crappy pillows. There’s no explanation for it. How could this get by the staff. You could buy 100 pillows and bulk for like seven dollars each and problem solved. This is completely unexplainable and unacceptable. Other than that, which is a huge other than that, no complaints.

Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and well kept.

I had already checked out , then realized I wanted to used the washroom since I had a far ways to travel only for the staff to direct me to a restaurant.very disappointed
Check out was 11
Standing there at 11 with no staff in sight until like 10 mins later and lots of people waiting to check out
