Our stay was great , wonderful staff and good breakfast but the room could have cleaner towels and sheets

Room could have bin cleaner , towels and stuff didn’t look wash

Just the towels and the sheets for the bed could have bin more clean

Meh

There was a roof over our head and the sheets were clean

Room had a funky smell so we had to sleep with the window open. The problem is that we were next to the highway. The TV has bad connection and got stuck on black screen. Needed it to drown out traffic

Our Friday night should’ve been removed from the bill. It wasn’t. We won’t stay there again.

Ceiling water leak at 11pm at night. Had to wake kids up and move rooms. The room we moved to smelled like smoke and the toilet rocked. The first room didn’t have a tv in the bedroom. We were told by staff that the rooms only come with one tv, then we move to the second room and bingo! Two tvs.

NIce standard hotel, huge rooms

Standard hotel with free parking and good reachability. The room was huge and clean with a separate living room and kitchen. Breakfast was okay, standard american breakfast. Loaction was just right on our way from Ottawa to Toronto.

Price slightly too high for a standard hotel.

Overall, great night & peaceful

Convenient and quiet

The bedroom was cold even tho I had the heat on high. I was freezing and rolled myself in blanket. I stayed on the first floor. I recommended they fix this issue before winter.

I wish I could of gotten discount off room because of elevator. Next time I would want 1st floor.

Breakfast was wonderful, Staff was very friendly.

The elevator was broken so had to take stairs and both my knees are BAD was in room 201. The room was COLD even when I turned off thermometer. The first 24 channels on TV were snowy.

The property was in a great location, very clean, and the staff was pleasant.

I had all my luggage at the door to go into my room and the key didn’t work so I was a little upset about that. The maid could not even get in nor could a manager so I had to change rooms. When my husband and I came back to our room after dinner to call it a night, the door lock latch broke as I closed or tried to lock it.

They should advertise that most customers are there for the prostitutes! This place is infested of hookers, dirty floors, sofa full of stain etc

Nice staff and good service

Very nice staff. Room was clean and we really enjoyed having a great selection for breakfast including bacon and eggs.

Didn’t get breakfast because there wasn’t anything left before breakfast time ended

The room was so dirty when we got in the beds were clearly not made, had literal dirt on them, and an old key card in the bed.

It was a smooth and quick check in and check out. The bathroom was well equipped and the room quiet.

The staff, the shower, breakfast all good. The bedsheets, comforter and pillows were very nice quality.

The room was too dark, not enough lamps or light overall. The mattresses were very uncomfortable as we could feel the springs pressure.

Slight inconvenience quickly remedied

Location was perfect and the price was fair q

The room given to us upon walking in wasn't cleaned. I didn't hold this against them as thier wifi was not working at the front desk. We were given another room immediately and the front desk clerk made sure it was perfect before we entered.

There was a very noisy humming noise that kept us up all night, coming from the Mechanical room across the hall. complained but no resolve.

Very good and comfortable beds were awesome location good for our needs

Location of breakfast was good. The sausages were a bit soggy as well as the omelette

Mixed opinion

Large clean room with microwave and fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Lots of small problems. Phone broken and no bathroom plug (not resolved). TV issues were resolved. Small lounge area near elevator made a lot of noise. Small breakfast room with poor layout.

Perfect location, easy on and off, Winners, Homesense, Walwart, Oshawa indoor mall nearby.

Great selection for breakfast items, a bonus for travellers such as us! Great for couples! Appreciated the computer and printer in the lobby too. The parking lot was plowed early.

Very nice spot for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Liked the size of the room. Free breakfast that was very good. Staff were very attentive to their customers’ needs. Room rate was reasonable for this area.

TVs have standard def signal, which shouldn’t be true in 2023. some channels were unwatchable because the picture was so fuzzy.

My husband and I loved the layout of the room and location!

The front desk agent was not very friendly and he is the face of the hotel. We arrived late from a Raptors game, and after coming in late and the drive, we expected the hotel to greet us with kindness.

Good value for the money and unlike recent stays at competitors', it was clean and safe

size of suite was a great value. Stay was quiet. Hot items at breakfast.
