Rooms were very spacious

Water from sink only had pure hot water and would scald you trying to wash your hands also the shower had no water pressure. Lastly the walls to the hallway are very thin so all night you would hear the doors of other roo.s closing but would be very loud in your room to hear.

Was not satisfied, very disappointed after a long day.

The staff was very nice.

There were bugs on our pillow. Everything was broken and not usable in the fitness room other than the treadmill and bike. Someone was knocking on door from 1-2 am I could not sleep.

I (incl family) was very disappointment based on previous stays with Best Western hotels.

We stayed in room 124 from May 20 and checked out on May 22 Check-in went well parking was plenty and close to the room near HWY 401 My email - [email protected]

1) When we arrived (room 124- from May 20, checked out May 22), only one out of 4 lights was working in the bedroom area. There was duct tape on one of the light fixtures, and there were no lampshades on two of the light fixtures that were supposed to have lampshades. The light fixture with the duct tape did not work even after we called someone to replace and add bulbs for the four lights mentioned above. 2) The bed linens were soiled badly on one of the beds. The usual top cover sheet was the worst of all, with yellow-coloured medium spots all over. 3) The bathroom seemed to have just been renovated as the bathtub had a lot of residue of materials used to renovate. 4) The TV in the room seems old based on the very poor resolution. 5) A not-very-nice smell was also in the hallway leading toward my room. 6) When I asked to be moved to another room, the guy at the front said none was available. 7) The eggs for breakfast were very grainy, and on my last morning, the waffle maker was not plugged in, and it was some minutes after 8 am.

never going back to this hotel again. I am in Vancouver now and I will call to complain tomorrow at the hotel.

at least it was close to the train station.

where should I start? I arrived at 1 am. the hotel manager tried to enter the room at 2 am when I was having a shoulder. thank goodness the room was locked. it turned out the night time manager was double booked or confused about her own system after she personally gave me the room. and then she called me at 3 am in the morning. at 8:30 am, the day time manager called because the night manager under charged me. at least the day time manager gave me a late check out but it was so unprofessional on how they handle things. at no point, staffs had the right to enter my room without knocking or letting me know a head of time. it was inexcusable.

close to our bowling event

Already did review direct with hotel... not good tub was not flat on bottom slip hazzard, ceiling appeared recent leak, noisy heater, no hot water first thing for tea , no milk!! the entire building was noisy yet appeared the only people there were the GM construction workers

I WILL be staying here everytime I'm in town.

I come in to town to visit our kids from Bancroft & usually on weekends. Other hotels in area raised thier rates 200 300 400 & 500 we found this 129. Plus taxes. Staff, amazing everything amazing I would definitely stay here now everytime we come to town. No more with other hotels. If you don't mind a little dated but super clean & quiet this is where you should stay.

Love this place! 😀

Loveeeee the staff! So polite and on the ball. Breakfast was yummy and wonderful options! I loved that the room was spacious and they give you a ton of pillows. The fridge was a good size and everything was on level ground which is great for tall people! If you book through a third party they only take your credit card and do not charge you again just to release it a few days later! Will be back absolutely!

Air conditioning did not work.

frustrating

Too much noise could be heard in the hallway. People arrived and continued to make noise till midnight. When I called the front desk, they said they would talk to them, but noises continued until 2:00 in the morning. Despite being extremely tired from my trip, I had trouble falling asleep due to too much noise.

Warm hotel

Nothing.

The facilities have the heater on all time when the weather was not cold yet, its not comfortable to sleep, smocking odors all around. I had to cancel my reservation, they dont want to return my money.

checking in

the layout of the rooms with the bathroom sink out front in the entrance hall was really strange! Easy to see that this facility needs some attention and updating.....Staff were all very pleasant though. Breakfast was ok but nothing special .
