I didnt like the fact that when i was exiting the restroom one of your housekeeping employees was exiting my room. They entered without knocking or announcing themselves. They did not have permission from me at all....

The rooms were nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and living room space. Breakfast was a nice feature. And I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I’m not sure if the pool was heated, but it was slightly warm when going in which was nice.
The idea of the different buildings for rooms was nice in theory however when it is late, walking alone to the opposite side of the property is not ideal. And getting your suitcase up a flight of stairs is also a bit tricky.
