I chose this property for the affordability and reviews comparing it to similar properties. Although the building is dated and the facilities are few the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were good. We both slept very well and that’s the most important part of any stay.
Every room has a descent sized fridge and small microwave which can be very handy. A kettle would be a nice addition.
The building is dated and although breakfast was included the quality isn’t great. Someone is doing terrible things to the eggs every morning! Boiled eggs were green inside, so badly over boiled! They tasted foul. Criminal!
We did not receive housekeeping after the first night and although I can make my own bed it did mean that our coffee and cups were not replenished. A minor detail.
I reported a broken toilet seat and someone came immediately with a plunger! I told him that the plunger isn’t going to fix the toilet seat! There was likely a language issue as we don’t speak French. The seat did not get fixed during our stay.
