Great customer service- I really liked the service. Although they couldn’t change our room, they were very attentive, kept checking on us, and eventually offered us a discount. I truly felt they cared more about customer satisfaction than making a profit.
Unfortunately our headboard bed was broken

Satisfied with the stay in general. Relatively good location (we had a car, no issues with getting to a city center). You can park right next to your room. I liked the spacious living room and a comfortable bed.
Few small hiccups in the room. Bed lights were faulty, one of them didn't work. The sink in the bedroom is a little weird location for it (room with 2 queen beds), otherwise there is another smaller sink in the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and did their best to resolve the issues
1) when we checked in the service person was still cleaning our room
2) we had to change the room as the toilet flush was not working
3) the keys for the second room we got did not work
