Location convenient for seeing the city.
access to pool, gym, restaurant, bar, and other food outlets on site
Room felt a little tired.
Housekeeping didn't come until late afternoon, so if we were out and came back for a rest before evening we had to wait for housekeeping to come.
TV had no YouTube or Internet access.
No USB connection at bedside for phones

rooms were modern and clean, comfy beds. The pool was nice and the hot tubs are also nice. A little bit expensive but a pleasant stay with helpful staff

was quiet considering the location is right by St Pauls hospital
grocery store & wine store very close by
Very walkable & safe
we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, which they promptly did.
The public washrooms are on the 3rd floor in the south tower

Good location
For the price I paid they didnāt even provide slippers, shower caps, nor bathrobes. The lifts didnāt work for a day and we had to use the fire stairs!
