It was comparatively new. Convenient to all things downtown. Bed very comfortable . Facing a beautiful mountain. Wonderful breakfast buffet with attentive hostess. Front desk staff cheerful and helpful.
Handicapped door opener buttons were not working . Important to understand and know ahead of time, that many Canadian hotels with only 2 floors do not have elevators … just in case there are physical limitations.

The hotel staff are so friendly and polite. They made you feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was clean. The hotel was in a great location and we could easily get to all the places we needed to go. It is situated very close to Sugarloaf Provincial Park.
The shampoo in our room was not topped up. We did ask at reception, and we were given a small shampoo. That was the only issue we had.

It is a very suitable, quiet place to stay for a rest during a long trip to and from Percé.
Unfortunately, staying on the second floor without an elevator makes it inconvenient to carry luggage.

Convenient location
Breakfast was not very good. The orange juice was yellow water and the tea tasted weird.
