Older but clean and comfortable. Owners are very friendly and real. The plant and flowers are gorgeous!

Great motel, very clean room and comfortable beds. The kitchenette had everything needed (from toaster to hot plate and a real coffee maker, not the pods which I do not like). Did not use the pool but seemed like a nice area with lots of greenery.
The only negative was the couple next door that sat outside the room and talked till 10pm...I had trouble hearing my tv
