Shuttle service to airport was good, The rooms were clean and quiet.
Samage deposit of 50 dollars never returned on my card.

The staff at the front desk Jasmine, Nav, Palak, Jyoti were very pleasant and helpful. I would rate them as being exceptional. They made our stay comfortable.
The rooms could be more spacious.

The shuttle was horrible. We waited a long time at the airport for it to come. When we called they said it would be 25 minutes. It was a lot longer. We waited at the hotel for well over an hour and a half to take the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port. Again was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. What a joke! We started around 10:00 a.m. to go to cruise port. We finally got there about 12:30 p.m. We would never use the shuttle service in the future. Suggest getting an Uber instead.
