- First room had a leak
- Dust
- Staff forgot to leave my wife a “happy anniversary” card in the room, which I had requested. They later remedied but the surprise was ruined
- Rooms changed because of the leak : second room had a clogged sink (fixed quickly but an inconvenience nevertheless).

Great location, amazing customer service.
The hotel is undergoing renovation. The rooms are dated and they seem dingy for the price paid.
