The property is handy to stores and restaurants either in the hotel or surroundings. Didn’t have to go very far for anything
The hot tub was not working at the time of the stay which I was looking forward to it but we had the pool to ourselves which was very nice

The breakfast location was attached to the hotel it was perfect! Food was good and staff very friendly
Sorry to say the outside area of the hotel could use a slick and a mop and a sweep! The benches could be washed daily and the cigarette butts cleaned up! The glass doors could be sparkling ! Flowers would really make a difference

The location was good for where we needed to be. There was quite a bit of hallway noise at about 11:30pm due to a tournament. When I let the front desk know, they assured me they would have security come to our floor which was helpful. The price of the hotel is a little high due to the fact that the hotel is getting old and could use an update-carpet, tubs etc. I did like that they had a place to get a Starbucks coffee on site (although expensive, it guaranteed good coffee). If I were to stay again in South Edmonton, I would likely go for a hotel that has a better price.
