The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean. Bed was comfy. We got what we paid for I guess. Room rates were dirt cheap; expectations should have been lower... I guess...
Elevators were out. That sucked. But the staff was kind enough to move us from the third floor to the second. Nothing was open on the first.
Every single bit of pavement and every single floor transition was uneven. Annoying to roll suitcases over, which compounded annoyances that the elevators were down for repair... just frustrating; felt like we were fighting with our luggage every step of the way.
Also... the water pressure was weak. Bad enough that it warrants a comment. So as long as you don't mind mule-ing your luggage, and taking a shower that is akin to a weak sprinkler, then you're good to go. BUT, I should have expected it because of the room rates, which really reflects the quality of the rooms.
