We only travel to the Greater Vancouver area for a quick visit to family and friends for a night or two so we just look for mid range hotels that give us a good night's sleep and a reasonable breakfast. We don't expect too much. This was our first stay at this hotel and it exceeded expectations. The breakfast was great. It was a separate but attached restaurant with proper cutlery and real scrambled eggs. It was nice to sit in a restaurant with good food, rather than the usual cafeteria setting. For a hotel at this price point that is very rare. The staff at the hotel were great and the rooms were modern and roomy.
Nothing much to say. We had a problem with the TV but the staff responded quickly. The back side of the hotel faces the freeway and you could hear it a bit in the morning but wasn't a problem.

The location of the hotel is great. In a quiet area and easy to get to the highway. Comfortable beds.
For the price we paid we were surprised to see a worn out chair in the room and no courtesy disposal sandals for the washroom. The room had a smell that stood out. We are expecting better from Four seasons Sheraton.
