Clean rooms!
The fire alarm went off at 1 am and everyone had to evacuate. It was a false alarm, thankfully. The staff said “oh that happens sometimes” that was not fun.

The staff was great. Every person we encountered was nice and cared for us.
The rooms didn't really match the pictures displayed. The most disappointing thing was the pool area. Very dirty, there were several items from other guests just left laying by the pool (including someone's sock) and no lounge chairs. I also had to unplug the room phone to keep it from playing a ringtone constantly.
Definitely not what I would consider an excellent rating.
