Location is great. Staff is friendly.
Little old, some parts need a refresher.

Breakfast is fine, the room size is very good and the location is perfect if you need Kendall area and South Miami.
Repeptative noise in the room sounding like high voltage or AC, or transformer.

Location and staff
Breakfast was awful. The coffee was so weak it tasted like water. The scrambled eggs tasted weird, kind of like medicine. The sausage patty was way too salty. On the other hand, we were hot all night because the AC wasn't working properly.
