Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kendall East-Miami by IHG

Breakfast was good and for our purposes the location was perfect! Will stay with you in our future trip to Miami. By the way, your elevators. need to have their yearly inspection certificate updated. Last inspection was 8/2025.

Quieter room A/C!!!

Good staff at hotel well looked after

Everything was great! Staff, location, breakfast, room ( confortable bed, clean) and service overall

I like the room because it was specious and the sofa bed, the breakfast was a disaster, there were raccoons all around the cars I have never seen so many raccoons at one time.

I think they should put a barrier between the hotel and the open land near by . On the first morning I took the trash from my room gave to the housekeeping, I told her she didn’t have todo anything that morning. Sunday we left the hotel in the morning to go out when we get back after 4, o’clock no one came to the room, I had to complain at the front desk, and that was a little disappointing. Anyway I saw the housekeeping ask her for trash bags and take out the trash and towels myself and gave it to her. I told her I don’t want her to clean anymore because I just want to relax as my husband and I we a little tired and then we would be leaving the next day.
