The office staff is very nice. The maintenance and grounds keepers seem to always be working . I had called because my smoke detector was beeping and the maintenance man.. I think his name was Fernando was at my door and fixed it within 15 minutes. The house keeping was good for the most part. I do think they could clean the shower floors and under the beds better. Over all its affordable , convenient and the staff is pleasant. I would recommend staying here.
The floors could be cleaned better and shower floor needs to be cleaned better.

Pest control was a serious deficit to the value of the room. Flying bugs (roaches) began to appear. Light bulbs needed to be replaced. No light in the bathroom sink section.
The last day of my stay began to appear roaches in the bathroom section. Light fixtures needed to be maintained with new bulbs. Visitors in the parking lot were ungroomed and posed an unsafety to the location.
