The rooms were too hot. AC was set to 80 degrees which was very hot for this time of the year, especially with the current heatwave. At one point, the rooms hit 84 degrees. They did provide us with fans though, and those helped a bit. I think 75 degrees would have been ideal.

The location is dynamite. A skip to the beach. And it’s a really nice, white sand beach. Also each unit seems to have a jacuzzi and BBQ on the balcony.
The mattress in our room was lumpy and soft, in need of replacing. Otherwise the unit was comfortable and well equipped. As others have mentioned it could use updating. We also didn’t like having a 10 pm restriction on the jacuzzi.

The location is awesome and the neighborhood is quiet, minus the very noisy neighbor we had downstairs (on their first night's stay). I liked that there was a designated quiet time policy for the neighborhood.
The unit we stayed at is very outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. The pictures shown are of an updated unit and it was not a truthful representation of the property. The windows in the entire unit needs an upgrade to reduce noise, but especially the window/blinds in the bedroom. The blinds do not close all the way and let in quite a bit of light, whether it be lights on the property at night, or sunlight in the morning. The bathroom hardware is really old, and so is the mattress in the bedroom.
