The room was charming, the bed comfortable, the biggest plus was the location. We had concert tickets at the Casino and it was a short walk. The neighborhood seemed safe. We will stay there again.
You are met via a note and the building is confusing. We were in a part to the right up a couple flights of steep stairs. There was a breakfast form in our note, but no instructions on how to turn it in. It turns out there are back stairs and were locked at night. For a Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast was pretty minimal based on all the other places we have stayed. We might skip it next time. Over cooked eggs in the center of dried toast is not appealing. Another guest ordered scrampled eggs, that looked better. The woman who served it was very pleasant.

The breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was beautiful. We stayed in the penthouse suite and loved it. Given the free breakfast and free parking, and being within walking distance to the Falls and other activities, this was a much better value than a hotel room.
There are some low ceiling areas in the corners of, and the stairs to, the penthouse suite, so taller people will just need to be aware of that. However, most of the room has very high ceilings.
