It was okay for a night. This used to be my favourite place to go, unfortunately I won’t be back again.

The breakfast was the highlight.

When I first arrived and walked in it stunk like a grow op, a very thick smell of weed through the whole lobby and proceeded through the whole second level. The guy at the front desk was not the friendliest or most helpful, they had vending machines but he couldn’t help me break a ten dollar bill to use the vending machines. The room smelled like it used to be used as a smokers room it had a smell of stale cigarettes, one of my beds looked like someone had been playing around on the bed, there was coffee spill on the bathroom counter (which I had to clean), the bathroom mirror was gross and the little coffee brewer was covered in dust.

Passable; really needed quiet in order to sleep

The location & staff Hated: Bed mattresses should be flipped routinely. Laying in it felt like I would roll out Worst thing was the under window fan/heater It was as loud as a jet engine on the lowest setting and couldn't find an off switch or anywhere to unplug it. Even tho it was 'controlled' by the thermostat, it wouldn't stop even when the thermostat was set to off.

Very heavy duvet, but love the use of duvet cover (instead of only wrapping duvet in sheets like some other hotels).

A little more effort by reception staff to ensure customer service is a priority.

Breakfast was acceptable. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests. The floor area was quite sticky to walk on.

The reception area was not manned very well. When I arrived, no one was at the desk. I waited for an unacceptable time. It was similar when checking out as well.

quiet place, would suggest turning down water temperature cause someone could get burned.

breakfast was ok, there was lots to eat.

when leaving through the side door(not the main entrance) my husband fell hard on the ground because he didn't realize he had to step down , after he got up we saw a little sign in the corner of the door window saying..watch your step. we were not happy with that, there was a big rock there and his head just missed it.

The location was handy for us

No elevator - and I had a baby with a lot of stuff so that was annoying The room smelt terrible like B-O it wasn’t pleasant

The property itself looked nice and well-maintained.

The seating, for the continental breakfast was very minimal The lobby entrance was also very modest, and not easy to identify.

the staff were friendly

the bathroom was dirty - pubic hairs in shower everywhere, toilet paper was half used, only one towel each. we found condom wrappers beside the bed. the air conditioner didn’t work, we told them and they offered us a fan that also didn’t work. They found another small fan that hardly worked.

The bathroom lighting was nice and bright for me to get ready in

When we arrived my husband signed a sheet that said no pets and no smoking, but we were awoken up at 7 in the morning to a loud dog crying! This went on for over half a hour. We were not impressed at all! I complained to the front desk and all he said was sorry and would speak to them…a little to late..why put us next to a room with a pet if they weren’t supposed to be there in the first place. Also the sheets on the beds were all wrinkled and the pillows were very lumpy

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet and not to busy.

The lamp on one side of the bed was useless. It was there for looks, there was no plug to plug it in. The TV remote didn't work the TV was quite a ways from the bed making a huge pain. The guy came with a different remote that didn't work either. The bed made so much noise, it woke us up when we moved through the night. The breakfast was a good breakfast but the young man behind the desk was more interested in his phone than making sure the hot food was stocked. We weren't told what time breakfast started and ended when we checked in.
