The facility was good; the staff were cooperative
The facility was good; however, the bathroom door was tight and was difficult to close. This hotel is expensive compare to other nearby hotels. As we were seniors, the receptionist did not provide us with a room on the ground floor, even after my request. We both have knee problems, and there is no elevator in the hotel, which is unacceptable. We got the room after a 10- 15-minute stay in the reception area as the room was not ready.
