Very convenient. We wanted to stop in Barstow on way to Las Vegas
We couldn’t find an elevator

Able to stay on the first floor. There is no elevator so second floor location worked. However, the location was not fully booked so it could have been noisey if there were guests upstairs. Breakfast was better than usual, with a Turkey sausage option and scrambled eggs so did not have to pass on food as we do not eat pork or items with wheat.
Bedding was too large for the queen bed size so made it possible to trip over what was dropping to the floor when getting up at night. One thing for people who do not like to hear trains at night, the location is right across from a very busy train track. I like trains so it did not bother me but other visitors may find that unpleasant.

The room was very nice.
The Breakfast was good.
Both were very clean.
I did not care for the body soap & shampoo.
