I like the quality and comfortable of the bed. Shower and heather was excellent.
Staffing team front desk agent is ok. However, he needs to improve his communicating skills and should focus on listening to customer and develop listening skills. He's not focus. Maybe, he's English language is limited.

Just a place to spend the night.
The clerk didn't let me to have a late check out due to an emergency with my vehicle. I explained him I was stranded with my family on the road and he didn't show any sympathy.
