The price was decent especially for a holiday weekend.
The Wi-Fi wasn’t working during our stay, and when I called down to the front desk, they didn’t seem very concerned about the issue. It was frustrating because I felt like they didn’t really seem interested in helping or addressing the problem. I understand that things happen, but a little more concern and better customer service would have made a difference.

i liked the convenience of the location. it wasn’t far from a lot of local spots on columbus
the wifi was pretty laggy. we couldn’t log into wifi. i think all hotels should have a netflix account thats automatically allows us all to have access

It was comforting I was surprised to see the ants but everything ain’t perfect in life

Breakfast was fine. No complain there.
On our second night when we got back, we got intense smell of weed in our room especially in the bathroom. It was clear someone who came to clean may have smoked something.
I don’t want any harm to the person. This mistakes may happen. But it can cause damage to reputation. So I would just caution the hotel management. I did mention the incident to front desk.
