Expectations were met....
Understand that this is a dated property, but if you need to be in this area of town, proximity is key.
Had plans that changed and needed to check out a day early. Staff very helpful in getting that changed and the amount refunded.
I didn't experience any "eewww" moments (roaches, bugs, etc).
Cleaning staff that I passed by at checking out were pleasant and friendly
Biggest beef is that I knew what to expect (rougher neighborhood, dated property, no breakfast, no pool), but based on all these factors, the Price per night should be *LOWER* with all these detractors.

The check in was extremely easy, the rooms were very nice, the price and location was perfect for our trip. The beds ARE SO COMFORTABLE. WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES
One light fixture was off by the bed but that was minor. No complaints we had a great stay and will come back

Close to the venue. Staff is so nice! Bonus..this year there were no toilet issues. What I do love most is the hotel was full and there was plenty of hot water.
The price is outrageous. I've stayed for 3 years. The first year was $800. Now it's $2000+. Same dates. Same room. It is so small. Hard for 4 people to move. Room was supposed to have a microwave and did not. Fridge barely worked.

It was convenient location for the event I was attending.
They had placed me in a sketchy part of the building and when I tried to move rooms I couldnt because they were booked out. It's not their fault that there is a weird group of people around there but, thats what ruined the vibe for me. We had some weirdos keep trying to look into our windows.
