Very spacious rooms laundry was free
Laundry room was never available only one washer 1 dryer. For the whole place

- The staff was INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to help at every turn. I truly cannot say enough kind things about every single person we encountered working at this hotel. I was traveling with my elderly mother after she had a medical procedure, and they were nothing but wonderful at every curveball. I'm getting choked up just thinking about it.
- The room service tasted delicious!
- The Wifi worked perfectly.
- The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedding soft.
- We loved the desk chair so much we bought something similar immediately!
- The bathroom lacked grab bars and any anti-slip devices.
- The light control in the room left a lot to be desired. Maybe it was user error, but we couldn't close the blinds all the way, and once it was dark, my elderly mother struggled to read with the light options provided.
- There was no way to get fresh air into the room, but I will say the AC/fan worked REALLY well! So, we made it work.
- The closet had no extra blankets in case someone slept colder than the other, and the kitchenette had no utensils or plates. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind at these price points.
- There was no map of ice machine locations, so I had to ask (but the staff were very nice about it).
- I booked this hotel because it had an on-site restaurant, but the menu was extremely limited for half of our stay. (But when the food was available, it was worth it!)
- The handset for our phone didn't work.

View was spectacular. Our room faces the nature preserve. Our room was very comfortable and clean.

I wish there was more closer areas for ice or like a freezer part in fridge
