Room was nice, it was clean and quiet. The pool was quite nice, but weirdly shallow. It was fine for laps and relaxing.

Didn't love that we failed to ensure the alarm clock was not set to go off! The beds could use an update. Mattress was old, sloped, and just not that comfortable. The pillows were awful. Requested something firmer, and while a pillow was sent to the room, it was no different. Time to upgrade the beds and bedding. The elevators are confusing as only 1 will take you to the pool level. Would be nice to have a cafe that offers a nice breakfast. Don't eat breakfast at the in-house restaurant. Was overpriced and the food was disappointing, as was the coffee. Seemed to be hopping for dinners though.

I really liked the warms seat on the toilet and the staff were exceptional.

I stayed here unexpectedly when my husband was admitted to the hospital. I arrived very late and left around 8 am, so I was disappointed by how high the rate was fro such a short stay. A compassionate or hospital rate for families in these circumstances would be greatly appreciated.

Lobby smell, A little challenging to locate the gym and the pool Messaged the hotel before checking in, no answer received Check in experience needs to be improved, as the person who did our check in was unpleasant and unprofessional (female receptionist: And***) the rest of the staff was friendly especially the night staff.
