The motel was quite satisfactory fir my stay, and the price very reasonable.
The location was perfect for my purposes. I appreciated getting my room long before the official checking-in time, because I was somewhat burdened with stuff (skis, etc.)
There needs to be a proper chair in the room. The only place to sit was the bed. The strange appendage on one side of the bed does not count as a “chair”. That so-called “chair” is not one that you could sit in to read a book, for example, because there’s no lighting.

Had a medical procedure, dinner. Hit the casino. And then bed. Love staying there.
Clean close by is restaurant for breakfast/lunch. Close to Big shopping Center. And another shopper center 1 1/2 blocks away. A theatre is a block away. Tim Hortons gas station. And provincial office are all within a block away.
Your booking system. When I tried to Book through you you said there were no vacancies when I first signed in. Good thing I didn’t listen to you

We had a comfortable stay close to ameneties.
Friendly staff person Val greeted us as soon as we arrived. She gave us all the information we needed and escorted me to the room. Hotel is noticeably older but we were told they were renovating and it was a lot to do. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was great!
The outside property needs to be more inviting but that being said things will improve I suspect as work is being done currently. missing from our room was a desk chair and coffee maker which was not a deal breaker but would have been helpful.

Bad
Nothing. The property was a 'flop house' ran by a housing organisation and hadn't been used as a hotel for about 2 years. Disgraceful that this property is still being advertised on Booking.com. Even more so, allowing us to pay for it and getting a confirmation and PIN number. Shame on you!!

Very poor
We got into a car accident. I asked for a waived fee as it was not our fault we did not make it. I was not refunded. So this just put a dirty taste in my mouth.

came in, quickly checked in and then easy. Same on exit.
Quiet and the place has rules to be careful and quiet. I loved that the clientele included so many up coast First Nations guests, felt like home. I would like an option for a flatter pillow on the bed but all else was fine. thanks for the back of the building where it is secluded and quiet for noise at night.

Very poor
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, but this time will be my last. This hotel has really gone down hill. The rooms have 2 beds in a space that should only have one. This is a new addition and makes the room very tight. Hard to get in and out of the bed on the one side. The corner of the room where the luggage rack was smelled like urine. There were mattresses stacked outside by the dumpster and it looked as if people were living in this motel. Quite messy outside some of the units. Not a safe feeling staying at this location Won't be back.

No upgrade to a view even though hotel was almost empty.
Clean.
Nearly empty but they still gave us a room with a terrible view of the parking lot. The windows in the hallway were wide open and it was freezing.
