the room was good, the smell of smoke would make us think about staying at this hotel another time

the room was clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and understanding, we commented on the smell of smoking and marijauna in the hall and throughout the hotel to the staff and they were very understanding, while we were speaking to the staff about the smell of smoke another person commented on the problem as well,

the hotel smelled of smoke and marijauna (sorry about the spelling), my daughter and myself both suffer from migraines and this is a trigger for both of us, it was March break and the hotel was full of students which is okay but they were quite loud, there was yelling in the hall outside our room until late into the night and I was woken at 2 am by some people outside our room being very noisy, we chose not to stay for breakfast due to many people in the dining area and no where to sit, that was probably due to the time we came for breakfast, it was 9 am, had we not have paid for the room before arriving at the hotel we would not have stayed there but we had booked through Expedia and it was non-refundable. I should say that the room did not smell of smoke so that was appreciated

The stay was for a swim meet in Barrie. The staff happily dealt with the ridiculously loud neighbours we had next to us

This hotel cannot be on booking.com at all. Ripoff.

Never checked in but the hotel charged me. It's total ripped off. The management never called me back. Bad service. Shouldn't be in the industry.

great value, would stay again.

Value for money was better then I expected. They free coffee and good breakfast was better then expected. excellent location for HWY access to ski hills.

the shower curtain rod was too low and the curtain was actually sitting in the tub, room 148. the HVAC was gross looking with the filter having been removed or disintegrated.

Location wasn't terrible.

The room smelled very musty. Was very humid in the room even with the AC on. Was hard to get comfortable, and the bed felt stiff.

My stay was OK but I will not to be attending this hotel again.

The room with a fridge and microwave.

The pool was really cold. Even when you were in the pool for several minutes, your body didn't get used to the temperature. Also the eating area for the complimentary breakfast was small.

Disappointing

I liked how close it was to the event I was attending. The staff was friendly.

The room was dirty there was boogers on the wall the shower didn't work right there was missing outlet covers, I tried to turn the heat on and the smell was atrocious. The hallway constantly smelled like Marijuana.

A bit disappointed

Room was very nice, modern, and comfortable. Continental breakfast was yummy. Good service from the staff.

The pool was closed and there was no indication of this on the website, it was the reason we picked this hotel over another. There was also a dead cockroach in our room but the staff let us switch rooms. They did not offer any discount or refund.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Pool was closed, room was fairly clean but hallways and public spaces were not (piles of debris in corners and along hallway floors), bedding very thin, poor soundproofing (could clearly hear people speaking at normal volume from inside our room).

Very relaxing….

Everything. One big thing was our room was very quiet.

Our bathroom fan sounded like a 747 airplane very loud. Plus it was on with the light switch. Maybe it should be on a separate switch .

It is good but needs to check on their rooms, must be clean and beddings should be wash well.

It is very accessible to stores, restaurants and malls.

Great price, location staff and service.

Only thing that was a downfall was the bathroom fan was connected to the light and quite loud. Preferred to use flashlight on our phones to opt out of the fan/light noise.
