Personnel courtois

Personnel courtois et compréhensif. Nous avons écourté notre séjour à QC pour revenir au Lac-St-Jean plus tôt dû à la tempête prévue. Nous voulions éviter de prendre la route le lendemain. L'employé a été compréhensif concernant notre arrivée tardive à l'établissement. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Éclairage très intense et froid/blanc pour les tables de chevets. Des ampoules plus chaleureuses seraient intéressantes pour une ambiance plus adaptée à la lecture et au confort avant le coucher.

Overall not too bad

Personnel was very polite and willing to help

We booked, knowing there was a pool, however a lack of available lifeguards, made it that the pool closed at 5:30 pm The weather was exceptionally warm for the first week of September

Le Parasol in saguenay.

Le Parasol's location is both beautiful and practical. The staff were very helpful with our unexpected late arrival too. The breakfast in the restaurant is delicious. There is petrol and and a depanneur walking distance and only a short drive to most everything else. This is a budget property. Nothing fancy but great value, clean rooms and excellent staff. Thank you .

The pool was closed.

Dirty Room

Receptionist is polite and friendly

Room is very dirty. I has used towels and trash of the previous client. I don't believe they do a proper cleaning in between customers.

The view from the front of the motel was spectacular, especially at sunset.

Why do these properties persist in advertising Wifi as a service, when it clearly does not work. The pool had been emptied, even though it was still summer and quiet warm.

The place is not hotel, only very simple motel. Although prommised room with virw, the actual viwe was a fance to nowehere

Adequate for 1 night stay

Quiet location, comfortable beds, ample parking, moderate cost.

Credit card details fully written down inc security number - NEVER seen this before!! Dated room & bathroom, needs a makeover, step over bath for shower, restaurant shut, no tea available, miserly coffee provision. Otherwise ok.

It's a cheap old motel. The description is far too positive. Everything is very old and there is not enough light in the room. The pool is full of alga and nobody will swim there.

The view from the breakfast room.

The pool was closed for our stay ( this was the main reason for booking) Even though we had booked way back in February our room was in amongst workmen staying too. Sitting outside was a problem as they were drinking and quite loud...strong cigarette smoke waughted around to. Perhaps more care in allocating rooms is needed? The road bridge was closed below the property (not their fault) but it meant driving a few extra miles to the town centre to eat.

A simple hotel to stay

Nice, simple hotel to stay in Saguenay. The staff is friendly, the location is nice and they have a good restaurant on site.

Very good stay

Quite a clean motel, we got a room with two beds, was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good and coffee machine was pretty good too. They had a swimming pool as well, although we couldn't use it. Breakfast was very good (though not included with room). Nice views of Saguenay River.

We usually prefer brightly lit rooms, here it was more of dimly lit mood lighting sort of atmosphere.

It’s a great motel that accept any size dogs!

The staff was really friendly!

Due to the lack of staff, the restaurant was only open in the morning and the prices were really high
