The room was clean and the mattress and pillows were so comfortable I slept really well. They were able to check us in early which we really appreciated because we were able to settle in and enjoy the facilities. Enjoyed the indoor playground, swimming pool and pickle ball.
It wasn't that of a big deal but it was a bit of a inconvenience when we couldn't rent the equipment we needed as the staff was taking care of other customers. They should have enough staffs on site so the experience hub is open throughout the open hours.

Location! Easy access to Algonquin park and inside the forest - magical views this time of year
Since we booked two nights only, our rooms weren’t cleaned up and the towels and sheets weren’t change and beds weren’t made up. Apparently we had to ask for it on check in - it’s only done automatic for 3 nights and above.

We had an amazing time here, the place is huge and very impressive, everything was to our liking

The room was nice, it was off the original property. Which made it hard to go back and fourth with two kids.
The restaurant served us cold food, after waiting an hour and and a half-2 hours, for our food. The manager of restaurant was sassy when we complained too.
