The people were very nice. I had to go to an event and they called me and let me know the room was ready so I can check in early. Very nice people. Very clean. Very good breakfast. They have coffee all the time and tea and water. Great hotel overall.
Just the construction around

Me and my family enjoyed the amenities and staff I also like the way they kept the building secure with the 10 PM locking of the lobby doors. The only way to get in was with a room key traveling with my children this gave me and my wife a piece of mind
One thing me and my family did not like and it has nothing to do with the hotel is the traffic headed downtown it literally took hours just to get 17 miles this was a everyday occurrence

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my trip.
Getting falsely charged for smokiing/vaping in my room was not cool at all, and I had to fill out a form to dispute the charge.
