It's a good size room and nice view from the balcony and the bed room. It's located right in town, making it very convenient to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Ethan at the lobby welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and gave us all good recommendations for restaurants and beaches. There are free parking for the inn, just need to ask for the exact location.
When we arrived, the smell of cleaning supplies was a bit too strong. We open the balcony door and it's ok, but improved ventilation or perhaps switching to natural cleaners would be great.

Location was great, view was incredible, staff were all very professional and friendly and the room was clean.
There was no screen on the sliding door and no A/C, the room was a little warm. We did find a fan in the hallway that we brought into the room, which worked out. It just would have been nice to be able to open the door to let the fresh air in.

The location was great for getting around town and was surprisingly quiet, even though the room faced the street. When the coffee maker broke the maintenance/cleaning person took care of it quickly and was otherwise very kind and helpful.
I expected the room to be a bit funky but the main area was smaller than I thought and the only microwave was in the hall. Charging phones and laptops was tricky, outlets could have easier access. There was only a little space to layout clothes or organize backpacks. The cost was high for what was provided.

Great location. We were greated by Ethan. Excellent customer service. Very helpful with "what to do in Tofino".
Beds were not very comfortable. Very expencive for product received. Bit of a musty smell on the 2nd floor of the building.
