Staff are such lovely people, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is superbly based in the centre of Tofino very close to the ocean. Restaurant attached lovely too.

The location and the attached dining room/bar
No fridges! The coolers supplied were messy and required daily upkeep...gettting ice from the liquor store, then pouring out the melted ice. Also, after stating I couldn't have dairy, the food bar sold me an egg sandwich...2 bites in, I questioned them again and they admitted that their was cream in the eggs. Please educate your staff! This mistake would have caused me a while week of gastric pain!
No help with our luggage and there are many stairs to climb.
